Pinkish black olives originally grown in the Pontina plain. Excellent for preparing first courses and second courses based on meat or fish. Autochthonous product, it is homogeneous, whole and dark in color with violet reflections.The aroma reveals the characteristic scent of olives. Intense flavor, thick and consistent, goes towards a pleasant slightly bitter taste, which gives it the typicality and uniqueness of a rare product, limited to a small production area.
